Answers to common questions about Readwix digital downloads, licenses, files, and support.
What do I receive after purchase?
You receive digital download files based on the product listing. This may include PNG, SVG, Canva template links, printables, ZIP files, or digital bundles.
Are these physical products?
No. Readwix sells digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped.
How do I download my files?
After checkout, follow the download instructions shown on the order page and in your order email. Save the files to your device before opening them in design or cutting software.
What file types are included?
Included file types depend on the product. Common formats include PNG, SVG, PDF, ZIP, and Canva template links. Check each product description for the exact files included.
Can I use the files for commercial projects?
Commercial use depends on the product license. Review the listing and the License Guide before selling finished products.
Can I use the files for print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand use is allowed only when the product license includes it. If you are unsure, contact support before uploading files to a POD platform.
Can I resell the digital files?
No. You may not resell, share, upload, or distribute the original digital files as-is.
Do you offer refunds for digital products?
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are limited. Review the refund policy and contact support if you have a download or file issue.
What should I do if my download link does not work?
Contact Readwix support with your order number and the email used at checkout so we can help you access your files.
Can I edit the templates?
Canva templates are designed to be editable in Canva. PNG and SVG editing depends on the software you use and the file type included.
