Readwix delivers digital files online. This page explains how file access works and why physical shipping usually does not apply.
No physical shipping
Readwix products are digital downloads. Nothing is printed, packed, or shipped by mail unless a product listing clearly states otherwise.
Digital delivery
After checkout, your digital files or access instructions are delivered through the order page, download page, customer account, or order email depending on the product setup.
Order email
Use a valid email address at checkout and check your inbox, promotions folder, and spam folder if you do not see the order confirmation or download details.
Save your files
Download and back up your files after purchase. Keeping a local copy helps avoid losing access if emails are deleted, devices change, or links expire.
Large files and ZIP folders
Some bundles may be delivered as ZIP files. Download the full ZIP file first, then extract it before opening individual PNG, SVG, PDF, or template files.

If your link is missing, expired, or not working, contact Readwix with your order number and the email used at checkout.
